Jason Dean Steffens, of Midwest City, has been arrested and charged with 11 felonies in relation to allegations he anally raped and orally sodomized at least two children as young as 5 years old.
His alleged young victims disclosed the abuse on multiple occasions, but only recently did authorities take action.
Steffens alleged victims stated he would lock them away and withhold food as punishment.
Steffens is currently being held in the Oklahoma County Jail on a $500,000 bond. His next court appearance is August 21, 2020.
