How to interpret an Oklahoma County case number: Example: CF-19-123. The first two letters indicate the type of case (CF for Criminal Felony, CM for Criminal Misdemeanor, MI for Misc., CPC for Certificate of Probable Cause). The next two number are for the year the case was filed (19 for 2019). The last digits are simply the order in which the cases are filed for that year (123 would just mean it’s the 123rd felony case filed as felony, in that county, that year).

5/13/2021 - CF-20-688 - Hongmei Duan () Shufang Yang (). [co-defendants: Shufang Yang and Zanhua Lin]- Massage parlor procuring & prostitution. Pled guilty to engaging in prostitution and sentenced to 3-years deferred. Counts 2 and 3 dismissed.
[3/1/2021 defendant Yang: Procuring for the purpose of prostitution reduced to maintaining a disorderly house. Sentenced to 3-years deferred.]
[1/4/20201 Defendant Lin pled guilty. 3 years deferred.]

5/7/2021 - PLED NO CONTEST - CF-20-1318 - Jason Dean Steffens - 11 counts related to the child rapes of 2-children as young as 5-years old. Sentenced to 30-years in prison.

5/5/2021 - PLED NO CONTEST - CF-17-7134 - Carl Gene Cannon () - Two counts of indecent exposure. Allegedly exposed himself and began masturbating at a retail store while in line to checkout. Sentenced to four years in prison, followed by 6-years of probation.

4/21/2021 - CF-20-5254 - Michael Jerome Brown (47) - 1 count related to the molestation of a 9 year old female. Pled guilty and sentenced to 18 years in prison, followed by 17 years of probation. To run concurrent with CF-20-5815 (witness tampering) and CF-20-3011 (DUI 2nd offenses and driving with a suspended license).

3/31/2021 - CF-18-4914 - Matthew Karl Hirsch (34) - 9 counts related to the possession of distribution of child porn.
Pled no contest to count 1 (distribution of child porn) and guilty to counts 2-9 (aggravated possession of child porn). Sentenced to 5 years in prison, followed by 25 years probation.

3/15/2021 - CF-20-6023 - Doreon DaWayne Hammons (27) - 1 count of rape in the 1st, regarding a 13 year old female.
Rape in the 1st reduced to Assault with the Intent to Commit a Felony. Sentenced to 10-years probation.

3/3/2021 - CF-20-4063 - Bernardino Hernandez - 8 counts related to child rape.
Plead guilty. Sentenced to 5-years in prison, 20-years suspended and sex offender registration.

3/1/2021 - CF-20-688 - Shufang Yang (). [co-defendants: Hongmei Duan, Zanhua Lin]- Massage parlor procuring & prostitution.
Procuring for the purpose of prostitution reduced to maintaining a disorderly house. Sentenced to 3-years deferred.

2/26/2021 - CF-20-4101 - Matthew Eric Inman, Robert Aaron Inman - 52 counts related to child rape.
Robert Inman: Pled Guilty. Sentenced to 25-years in prison and lifetime DOC supervision.
Matthew Inman: Pled Guilty. Sentenced to 25-years in prison and lifetime DOC supervision.

2/12/2021 - CF-20-5055 - Stacia Guinn (21) (co-defendant Brandon Devon Carter) - Pled guilty to 5 counts related to the sex trafficking of a minor. Specifically: sex trafficking a minor x2, distribution of child porn x2, and possession of obscene material involving the participation of a minor under the age of 18.
SENTENCE: 10-years probation, no prison, $250 fine.

1/25/2021 - CF-20-5537 - Eddie DeWayne Hollins (46) - 14 counts related to the repeated rapes of a 11 year old female.
CASE DROPPED AFTER DEFENDANT DIED IN CUSTODY.

11/17/2020 CF-20-5544 - Felix Deltoro (60) - Registered Sex offender - 3 counts related to repeatedly raping 6 year old male.

Defendants with charges and a case number, but no court date. Also defendants with only an arrest, CPC or MI case number.

  1. CF-21-1644 - Daniel Warren Coffman (28) - ARRESTED 1/30/2021 - - Soliciting sexual conduct with a minor. Reportedly resides in apartments at 3131 SW 89th, OKC.

  2. CPC-20-8994 - Antonio Burciaga (38) - Accused of raping the 18 year old daughter of a woman he was previously in a relationship with. Oklahoma County DA’s office is refusing to file charges. Victim’s family has filed for a VPO. On 2/25/2021 a VPO was granted until 2/25/2026..

  3. CPC-20-8382 - Pepe Luis Morales Jr. (39) - Alleged to have kidnapped and raped a woman.

  4. CPC-20-8602 - Joshua ‘Josh’ Dartagan Wisniewski (18) - Accused of molesting at least 2 children. One only 5 years old.
