7/17/2018 - Guthrie, OK -- You can file this one under "Really Sick F*cks in Guthrie Oklahoma" after a man is arrested for allegedly coercing an 8-year old to perform oral sex on him while he video recorded it. Even more screwed up is the allegation he's done this with several young girls in the past.
Jared Weston Hicks, 42, was arrested after an 8-year-old female revealed to a counselor, last May, that Hicks had allegedly exposed his penis to the young girl and told her to touch it.

Police report that they repeatedly made contact with the victim's family and that each time the parent's of the young victim refused to cooperate and said it was a family matter they preferred to handle themselves. However, police persisted and on July 9th the young girl was forensically interviewed with her family's consent.
During the interview it was learned that Hicks had shown the 8-year-old videos on his phone of other young girls performing oral sex on him. Hicks allegedly told the girl she needed to do what the girls in the videos did to him. The girl said she performed oral sex upon Hicks and that he video recorded it with his phone.
The young victim also told authorities this was not the first time this had happened.
The victim stated that the crimes occurred at Hick's previous Bethany address in the 7800 block of NW 26th.
Police obtained a search warrant for Hicks' new address in Guthrie, at 11250 N. Taurus Drive.
Police report that they found 24 child pornography images on Hicks' laptop computer. Police also say that when they searched Hicks' iPhone X they found Internet search history containing the phrases, "naked little girls" and "sexy teens in thongs."
Hicks was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail July 13, on criminal complaints of possession of child pornography, soliciting a minor under eighteen and sexual abuse of child.
Hicks' bond was set at $30,000. As of this posting, Hicks' has been released from custody.
Based on the court documents, Hicks may have many more victims. If you had a child that was ever alone in the presence of Hicks, please contact the Edmond Police Dept.
According to Hicks' publicly available Facebook page, when he's not molesting little girls he repairs airplanes all over the country (so he could have victims anywhere), plays his guitar and sings in dive bars, gets tattoos and he really likes his guns.
As of this posting, no formal criminal charges have been filed.
