DeJohn HOLIDAY ARRESTED IN OKC FOR TRYING TO TRANSMIT HIV

According to court records, on Dec. 17, 2020, a Sheriff’s Deputy at the Oklahoma County Courthouse had directed DeJohn Holiday to leave the property after he created a disturbance. Holiday reportedly left and then returned. He was told to leave or he’d be arrested. Holiday then became agitated and irate and exclaimed that he was HIV positive, had just gotten out of jail and the jail had not given him his medication. He then dared the deputies to arrest him.

As deputies were handcuffing him, Holiday tried to punch a deputy and then proceeded to bite another on the forearm.

Holiday was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail and is being held on a $200,000 bond.

On Dec. 29, 2020 Holiday was formerly charged in Oklahoma County with: Exposing Others to AIDS, Assault and Battery of a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest and Trespass After Being Forbidden.

Online records show that Holiday has an active criminal case in McClain County for 3-counts of felony assault and battery upon a police officer.

In 2013 Holiday was charged in Oklahoma County with possession of meth. That charge was later dismissed.
