Prostitute: Unidentified.
Status: Video turned over to police. Charges filed in Oklahoma County on Nov.29, 2012. Stephens was charged with one count of misdemeanor "prostitution, engaging in an act of lewdness." On Nov. 15, 2013 Stephens pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one year suspended (permanent record), $50 VCA, and a $50 fine.
Stephens' Prior Record: Possession of cocaine x2, possession of drug paraphernalia x2, possession of a firearm, stolen vehicle, larceny of an automobile and possession of meth within 1,000' of a park.

This bust was pretty straight forward and came directly on the heels of another bust involving the same female prostitute - JohnTV had literally just busted her only minutes before with a different John in a bingo hall parking lot. You can see that video in JohnTV's episode 610.
Stephens and the female street prostitute went to Wiley Post Park. This park is used often by families and others in the area. Unfortunately, this park is also a favorite for acts of prostitution.
As shown in the video, JohnTV's Brian Bates accurately predicts what the two are going to do and where they will park to do it. Bates circles around and then approaches Stephens' car from its blindspot.
As Bates approaches, what you don't see (because of the blurring), is that the two have just finished engaging in sex (she was performing oral sex on Stephens) and Stephens' penis is exposed and the two are 'cleaning' him up.
Stephens has the unidentified street prostitute get out of his car and drives away.
The prostitute walked to S. Robinson Ave. - where she was quickly picked up by a passing vehicle.

According to those who've lived in the area all their lives, S. Robinson Ave. used to be a highway leading into downtown OKC and was lined with hotels. When the area started declining, the street prostitutes appeared (early 1970's) and have been a constant presence ever since.
This young lady, 'Crystal.' could be found prostituting along S. Robinson Ave. for a few years. Her pimp at the time was a convicted felon who goes by the street name 'Maniac' - he is currently in prison, but set to be released soon. Crystal has not been seen on S. Robinson in a few years,
Kammie Lindsey was given a 10-year sentence in 2012 after she killed an alleged 'Johns' pet Chihuahua - by intentionally throwing it on the ground. Lindsey was ordered to serve the first 5-years in prison (and was released early). Immediately upon her release, she was back out on S. Robinson Ave. prostituting. Lindsey is currently serving another 5-year prison sentence for a Dec. 2015 Assault & Battery with a dangerous weapon conviction. Lindsey's probation for the animal death has also been revoked.
This woman, Louella Morton, is a perpetual regular on S. Robinson Ave. The one time beautiful young lady has spent all of her 20's and now 30's disheveled and strung out. Morton has a serious drug addiction and has been pimped by several men. Morton is now most often found selling herself (or being sold by others) on Backpage.com - where she was arrested just this past Thursday (5/19/2016).
Renee McCullough, 45, is a lifelong street prostitute and violent criminal. McCullough has spent a good part of her life in jail and prison. In Dec. of 2014 McCullough appeared on an episode of A&E's 'Beyond Scared Straight.' television show. McCullough is currently in prison on drug charges. McCullough has a past history of committing violent robberies. McCullough's longtime pimp, Gerald Loud, died a few years ago from complications due to decades of street drug use.
JohnTV recently started adding this commentary from an Oklahoma City Police officer to the end of newly released JohnTV videos. This clip was shot while a French film crew was in town do a feature on JohnTV's Brian Bates. While filming, this officer pulled up to see what we were doing. The french videographer and I captured this enlightening opinion by an officer who knows these streets well.
