1/2/2012 – Cincinnati, OH — A Cincinnati police officer was fired after an investigation showed he solicited a street prostitute several times for child prostitution.

Jeremy Robison, 27, had been with the Cincinnati police department for less than four years but had already racked up 17 disciplinary actions against him before his firing.

According to published reports, a prostitute reported to police that Robison had asked her “several times” for pornography with “a couple of little girls.” The woman told investigators that each time she told Robison that she had no access to child porn.

After a 7-month investigation Robison was terminated. He is now fighting his firing, claiming he was conducting an investigation into a child sex ring. Police administration say Robison did not have the authority to conduct an independent investigation.
