Pic of the Day 11/17/09

11/17/09 – OKC, OK — Heather, 21, has been a prostitute for the last 3 years. She spent most of that time soliciting on the Internet, with escort services and occasionally working area truck stops. However, in 2008 Heather learned a lesson on the odd reality of prostitution law in Oklahoma County – you see, if you prostitute yourself in Oklahoma BCD (Behind Closed Doors) via the Internet and get caught its a felony charge. However, if you’re hooking out in public and in people’s front yards or street corners then its only a misdemeanor. After four BCD felony busts, Heather realized she was looking at doing some real prison time, so she took her show on the the road – literally. Before long she had racked up three misdemeanor street prostitution charges and a laundry list of at least 41 pedestrian tickets (ex: Larceny $302, trespassing $365, walking facing the wrong direction $118). Heather’s most recent pimp is Mario C. Diaz, 28, of Oklahoma City. Diaz is notorious as a violent pimp who preys on girls from 14-16 and forces them into prostitution. Currently Heather is in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections custody serving one year in their young adult offender program.

What a pretty young woman … I hope that they change the laws and she is able to work without silly prosecutions for victim less crime of sex ..

  2. whatsupdoc Says:

This is very sad. I disagree the laws need to be changed as prostitution is not a victimless crime …

Looks like the pimp is living quite nicely from the ho’s he controls…

  3. laughing.spider Says:

Prostitution is never a victimless crime. It all rolls down hill and somebody gets hit with it. The wife of the John who gets VD, the child of the prostitute who has such a shining example of motherhood, or the prostitute herself who has to hand over all her earnings to a violent pimp or suffer the consequences. Crime of other sorts follow this crime, rape, drugs, burglery, robbery and murder. There is always a victim.

  4. Stan Says:

My Army buddies used to tell me that visiting the local prostitutes was like sticking your p**** in a bucket of pus!

They may look good but the reality of what their bodies have turned into is inexcapible.

  5. VVhiterice Says:

There are studies done that have been quoted in the Freakonomics that show Ho’s(your derogatory term for woman) make more money when with a pimp.

Making prostitution illegal puts woman at higher risks and less likely to seek the police when abused.

I think what one does with there own body should be a fundamental right and the lobbies and power hungry politicizations shouldn’t be allowed to make policies on what one can do with there genitals.

cory synnott, you’re sick if you think this is a victimless crime. I was an escort for two years, and it’s fucked me up emotionally. Something that’s supposed to be sacred is not nauseating to me, I can’t stand to look at myself. I gave myself up to sick men, helped them cheat on their others, and was beaten and raped several times.
You’re most likely a level 5 small-dick’d motherfucker on Humaniplex. Fucking creep.

  7. Veronica Vixxsin Says:

    Is now nauseating*

  8. Eugene Says:

Prostitution has been around for thousands of years. It is only in these last decades are they really coming out claiming their rights. The sad part about this whole scenario is, the Government would be very pleased to adopt such laws to legalize prostitution just for the sake money, not taking into account that this is nothing else but a violation of of health codes and laws

  9. bennyho1 Says:

    i would hit it!!

  10. greg Says:

what is the average time a john spends with a hooker , street hooker?, call girl? and at a working whore house?

  11. Jessica Says:

Abolutely disgusting. This is the reason we have so many std’s and AIDS speading. A year to me is too little to serve, she should be in there min 5 years so it can sink in her head really good to change her ways. it’s not the pimps fault or her fault but the men who throw their money on this crap. Those “Customers” should be sent to jail even longer.

  12. darlene Says:

the begining of time prostitution has been on way or another, women have used to either take care of themselves, or there children. i only wish as a human being we will soon find a better solution to keep these young and beautiful, women home with their families safe and secure.

Prostitution is NOT a victimless crime!!! MANY of these young ladies are FORCED to be prostitutes by pimps who don’t care WHAT happens to them!! Not to mention teh DISEASES that these ladies are spreading to their johns!!! These johns then take these diseases back to their wives, girlfriends, etc………… Then to boot…………the pimps take 90% of the money these girls make leaving them destitute and dependant on the pimps!! SO……………..just HOW do you figure this is a victimless crime!?!?!?!?

She is so beautiful! I always wonder what went wrong in a person’s life to make them want to sell themselves away. She is loosing herself piece by piece. If she doesn’t get her life straight soon, it will only get worse. I can only hope she doesn’t end up with a termal illness or a child on her hip. I will pray for her today.
